Microaggressions—often characterized as subtle, indirect, or unintentional acts of discrimination—can have a profound impact on individuals from marginalized groups. Although labeled "micro," the pain they cause is anything but small. Many incidents occur daily, yet they often go unreported, leaving those affected feeling isolated. We believe that sharing these experiences is crucial for fostering understanding and promoting awareness. By bringing these stories into the light, we hope to encourage recognition of the harm caused by microaggressions.

The Edina Anti-Racism Collective is committed to providing a platform for individuals to share their experiences, helping us all work together toward a more welcoming and inclusive community for everyone.
